Hello lovely Wholesale customers!

Please see our below options/info and keep in mind there is a 100 unit minimum on Wholesale orders. If you are ordering

less than 100 units please use our normal website checkout and a discount will automatically apply.

We require a minimum of 14 days notice before you need your order delivered. This ensures we have adequate time to create labels, make the fairy floss and have it shipped. The more notice the better! (Even if its 6 months early :) )

Curbside Pickup is always available from Cranebrook if you choose to organize your own courier.

Deliveries will attract a shipping cost as per the current courier fees and based on your order size. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Please let us know the date you would like it, or the event date and we will aim to have it arrive a few days prior.

ABN required. Invoices are sent out via email as soon as possible and payments are required to be made in FULL atleast 14 days prior to your postage date.

We are more than happy to postpone delivery dates with at least 24 hours' notice. Any Cancellations need to be made no less than 3 days before your postage date. Please refer to the below for refund options.

7+ days prior to postage - Full refund

7- 3 days prior to postage - 50% refund

>3 days prior to postage - No refund.
